FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

In short, most pools need 1 lifeguard per 20 children.  Pools with slides need 1 per 16 children.

About 2 weeks in advance is preferred to be sure that we can accommodate the request, though we have been known to be able to accommodate last minute requests more often than not. The best way to speed up a last minute booking is by filling out the online contact form before contacting by phone/text.

The lifeguard will bring a fully stocked first aid kit and a rescue tube to each job.

Games are coordinated on a case to case basis. Generally, if it is safe, our lifeguards love hosting games. But if your party has a lot of young non-swimmers. It may not be safe.

Our lifeguards are different than other lifeguards.  First, we are the only company that hands out colored wrist bands to all the children based on their swimming abilities to help us better and more safely control your pool.  Our lifeguards have “pool rules”, that we tell each of the children to help control the pool and keep them safe.  Next, we don’t send the typical 18 year old or younger lifeguard to houses or events.  We send mature adults, either medical professionals; (i.e. EMT’s, Paramedics, Nurses), or certified lifeguards, or both! Unlike other companies just sitting in a chair the whole event, you will mostly find our lifeguards interacting with the children working like hybrid babysitter/lifeguards. Many of our lifeguards are also parents, so they understand what it takes to keep your children and guests safe.
